Using his real name, George O'Dowd, he was seen sweeping rubbish and leaves from a sidewalk in New York as part of a five-day community service sentence. He received the sentence after admitting in March to falsely reporting a burglary at his apartment, where police found cocaine. After only 30 minutes, he was moved to a fenced-off area because of the media gathering around him. He faced prison time for wasting time if he failed to complete the sentence.
