American saxophonist and arranger LeRoi Holloway Moore, a founding member of Dave Matthews Band, died at the age of 46. A month earlier, he had suffered serious injuries, including a punctured lung, in an accident involving an ATV/vehicle on his farm in Virginia. He died as a result of those injuries and subsequent pneumonia.
