At RCA Studio B in Nashville, Elvis Presley recorded three songs for the soundtrack to the film “Stay Away Joe”. He was dissatisfied with the quality of the material and promised Felton Jarvis that none of the songs would ever be released.
Elvis Presley performed at the International Hotel in Las Vegas in an evening Dinner Show followed by a Midnight Show. Both performances had a capacity of approximately 2,200 seats.
