Description
Musical Youth reached No. 1 on the British singles chart with “Pass The Dutchie.” The group consisted of boys from Birmingham aged 11 to 16. The song was a cover of “Pass The Kutchie” by The Mighty Diamonds, with the reference to a cannabis pipe changed so that the group could avoid a ban because of the drug reference.
